Guess My Weight Loss – Week 6

Last week was my fifth week on the NutriSystem plan and I lost 2.6 lbs. for a total of 22.6 lbs. lost since starting the program. How did I do in the first week of my second month? Please take a moment to vote in my weekly poll.

Let me know your predictions. My weekly weigh-in is on Thursday mornings and I’ll post my results later that day. Note: We round to the nearest pound, so 2.1 would be 2 but 2.5 or higher would be 3, for example.

    I would estimate that if you’re eating at a reasonable deficit (500-1000 kcal), sedentary, and getting the right water/protein/fiber every day, that your loss will slow down drastically in this month. If you’re not getting the right amount of protein I’m sure you could lose more, but it would be a loss of LBM not necessarily fat.

    Which I’d argue that is a bad form of weight loss that will ultimately hurt your metabolism and appearance.

    That is why I guessed 1-2lbs.
